Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high demand.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• United States: 5 to 12 business days
• Canada: 7 to 15 business days
• International Orders: 10 to 20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@3dmindspark.com and we will work with the carrier to assist you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are completely unopened and in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unopened and unused
• The product must be in its original packaging
• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Items that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact support@3dmindspark.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We will work quickly to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
