30-Day Return Window
We offer returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
• The product is completely unopened and unused
• The product remains in its original sealed packaging
• The item is in resalable condition
• The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, quality control, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
• Opened products
• Used products
• Products with broken seals or opened packaging
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
• Clearance, promotional, or final sale items
Any item returned that does not meet the above requirements may be refused and returned to the sender.
How to Request a Return

• Photos of the unopened product (if requested)
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The wrong item was received
• The item arrived damaged
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@3dmindspark.com.
Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
